Arjun Singh Thakuri, Founder/C.E.O

Arjun a - Tech Entrepreneur founded Access Keys in 2010 - with an idea to serve the IT needs of global clients through simple yet effective solutions. He believes on doing what he knows. This is the reason - Access Keys doesn’t have “Yes, we’ll do everything” attitude.

At Access Keys - Arjun has established a culture of knowing what we do, respect deadlines and being accountable with the deliverables. No rocket science - very basic!

Prior to Access Keys, he co-founded UBA Solutions and worked as Chief Technology Officer for almost 4 years, where he led technical research, operation and implementation on several web systems.

Before that, Arjun spent couple of years teaching computer applications, web programming, data analysis, e-commerce and artificial intelligence in an IT college in Kathmandu. He also managed to do web programming for few years. He has also given training to more than 1000 government and corporate organization staffs, on computer application usages on their job and various project management tools and approaches.

On his free time, Arjun loves to watch talk shows on TV - until his wife switches the channel! He used to be a good volleyball player in his school days.

Ambika Adhikari, Programming Team Lead

Ambika a BIM graduate and eMBA part time student leads programming team at Access Keys. She had excellent academic achievements while doing her BIM at St. Xaviers, the trend of excellency followed her at Access Keys at professional level.

Ambika has extensive experience developing user friendly websites and web applications and it continues. She re-thinks on what the client requires and says - additionally, they might require this one too? A very proactive approach - which makes her fellow programmers think alike.

She loves to have fun at work, spreads smile all over, and loves to go shopping almost every weekend no matter how busy her weeks are - with eMBA assignments!

Abhijeet Bajracharya, Creative Design Heads

Abhijeet, silent and serene like a breeze, is a Concept Artist/Graphics Designer on the web. He joined Access Keys in the year 2010 and currently is the Creative Design Head. He keeps himself busy writing CSS and playing with photoshop canvas, but takes out some time to look after his fellow designers and lead them. As a visual designer - Abhijeet follows KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid!) theory.

Before joining Access Keys, he worked in Open Learning Exchange (OLE) Nepal where he was involved as one of the Concept Artist/Graphics Designer for Content Development (to be used in E-paath a Flash Based Digital Education Materials Developed for XO laptops).

His artworks have been featured in some of the world's best graphics designing websites. Along with designing, his hands are professionally experienced to play the BASS guitar.

Gaurav Manandhar, SEO and Social Media Consultant

A fun loving guy, with a couple of years experience in SEO; Gaurav in Access Keys works as SEO and Social Media Consultant - in Access Keys.

An Engineer by degree, he entered in the field of SEO and Social Media as a hobby and later the hobby turned out to be a long run profession. Not so codes friendly in the beginning, now Gaurav manages to understand it and work very well with it.

Apart from SEO/SMM/Content Writing, Gaurav has developed a very deep knowledge into programming part too.

Whenever he gets time from Search Engine bots, he listens to Music, plays football & cricket and learns new tips and ideas in the field of WEB.

Nisha Gautam, Admin Officer

After completing her high-school studies, Nisha, entered the Metropolitan city Kathmandu for her higher studies. Along with her studies, she is currently working as Admin Officer at Access Keys.

She doesn’t understand Web 2.0 at all, but uses the very same apps for office CRM and accounts! And she says - she loves the way these apps work! As a responsible Office Admin, she makes sure everyone at Access Keys is happy, healthy and paid on time (yes strictly on the 7th of each month!). She knows Access Keys Team Members are addicted to COFFEE so she makes sure the coffee bottle is always full and also gives tips on how to make better coffee! Learn with her!

Romsha Shrestha, Web Developer

Romsha, a silent and happy-go-lucky kind girl works as Web Developer. She codes in PHP and has more experience developing Facebook Apps. She knows her beautiful codes can blend into Facebook more, this is the reason - she loves to build FB apps!

Listening to music and surfing internet all day long are her hobbies.

Shreyata Karmacharya, Web Developer

Shreyata, one of the most silent of the team members, loves to make the codes speak for herself. As an IT graduate, she joined the team as an intern and chose web development as her career initiative as she loves to play with the codes of PHP while says she always loses track of time while coding and working.

Her choices of hobbies are watching TV shows, listening to music and read novels to name a few whenever she isn’t in front of her computer playing with the codes.

Bipin Manandhar, Web Developer

The most handsome award winner (in lunch our office talks!), music lover, sports lover, biking lover - Bipin is Web Developer and codes in PHP. He liked Yii more than CI!

When taking a break from typing codes, he spends his time travelling, playing, eating and of course hitting the road on his bike!

Rajan Dev Acharya, Business Development Consultant

Rajan Dev Acharya, a tall & giant man went to USA in 2000, did his BCIS degree from Saint Cloud State University, Saint Cloud, Minnesota, USA and started working there. He's an idea king, with lots of business ideas. Coming back to Nepal in 2010, he has been looking after business development at Access Keys and wants to make sure that the organization grows and sustains itself in the long run. He also joined one of the best Business schools in Kathmandu to get his eMBA.

Prior to Access Keys, Rajan worked for Fannie Mae - Washington D.C. based company, who deals with secondary mortgage in the housing market as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Lead. He worked on executive reporting using tools such as Business Objects along with analysis and project management work while he was there.

He also worked as Business Analyst/Reporter for Federal Trade Commission, Washington D.C and did business intelligence reporting to secretaries there.

Apart from excellent communication skills, IT skills, he is also an outstanding salesperson and a marketer. Being a top collector, showing numbers as a salesperson, and being involved in company’s strategy has been his previous roles, and he has good negotiation and persuasion skills as well.

Rajan loves to eat out , go hiking, or just watch TV. He used to be excellent in Cricket as sports and believes he still is good. Apart from that he likes to play chess, table-tennis and write poetry.

Anwar Ali, Web Developer

Anwar an IT graduate, is a Web Developer in Access Keys. Highly skilled and experienced in PHP, he works in CI and Yii frameworks currently. He thinks - he has the ability to debug all errors that stand on his way.

Anwar decided to be a web programmer from his college days. Coding is his passion! This is the reason - he developed excellent web projects during his college days. At Access Keys - he uses his ideas and experience to develop web systems and solutions that suits clients’ needs. When he is not at work, he still keeps himself busy implementing new ideas and strategies for coding and development. As loved by all - he is a good person to be friend. And - he smiles damn good!

Sudip Adhikari, Web Developer

Sudip, a Web Developer, is a tall, lanky and happy person. Studied BIM in college, he joined Access Keys to set his career in Web Development. Friendly and an ability to adjust in any environment helps him to work under any pressure. He loves to work in many frameworks and platforms in PHP! Yes - it’s huge.

Moreover, he is a Music Lover, Movie Lover and Code Lover.

Prajwol Onta, Web Developer

Prajwol, another member of our web development team, joined us as an intern after completing his BCA degree. Having worked as a web designer for 3 years, he now enjoys working in Core PHP platform and Wordpress. Moreover, this tall guy also loves coding in CI.

He is not just a programmer but also a designer and says he loves creating eye catching web interfaces. Playing Ping Pong, listening to music, singing, going to bike rides, reading, swimming and hiking are some of his favorite activities to spend his time away from his work to name a few.

Ashok Maharjan, Web Developer

Ashok, a Web Developer - loves web and codes in PHP. In love with codes and programming, he chose the field of web development as his career. Living life with all joys and happiness, Ashok is always seen smiling under any kind of pressure.

He has also a deep love for football.

Suman Maharjan, Web Developer

Quiet and silent guy, Suman talks himself sometimes - when he is in pressure! He is a Web Developer and codes in PHP. Studied BIM in college, Suman is passionate about coding. His consistency and hard work makes him a good developer.

Besides coding, he is also passionate about music and travelling to new places.

Prabin Dongol, Web Designer

Prabin, an Electronics engineer graduate was not much in love with core engineering, machines and its languages 0s and 1s. He rather liked to write beautiful CSS codes to make the visually pleasing interfaces.

He started having a great intimacy with Photoshop from day one! He now writes CSS and thanks twitter for bootstrap release. When he is not too much busy with CSS, he creates visuals in Photoshop.

When he is free from designing he uses his time traveling, listening music and watching movies.

Bhaskar KC, Web Developer

One of the web development interns in the team, Bhaskar is a computer engineering graduate with a speciality in Wordpress and PHP. An avid linux user, this acrobatic guy is a member of NOSK (Nepal Open Source Klub). He has worked as a system administration intern prior to his internships in the team.

His interests and hobbies include programming, martial arts, dancing, reading technical blogs and tweeting to name a few.

Regan Khadgi, Web Developer

Regan, an IT engineering degree holder, chose web development as his career path for his sheer love of coding. Specializing himself in Wordpress, CI and Prestashop, this ever-smiling guy has his own way of solving the problems as they come.

He also has a special deviation towards music as he used to be the lead guitarist in a band during his college days. He prefers listening to music and playing his beloved guitar whenever he is away from his computer.

Jaya Ram Maharjan, Web Developer

Jaya is a silent person who knows what he is doing while he is coding at work. A member of web development interns team, he is an IT engineering degree holder. Focusing himself on Wordpress, Jaya has been an exceptional team performer despite of his quiet nature.

When he finds himself free from coding, he loves to pass his free time listening to music, hanging out with his friends and watching movies.

Andeep Rahi, Web Developer

Andeep, a member of the team of web development interns, is an IT Engineering graduate. With a career in web development to build up, he works as a web developer focusing on PHP and Open Cart. A fun loving guy, he loves working on the projects and has learned to enjoy the work he does ever since he joined the team.

In his spare time, he loves playing football, and he enjoys creating various abstract images with colorful paints showing his creative ability. Alongside these, he is also fond of playing with CSS and create beautiful designs.

Bishnu Sunar, Web Developer

Bishnu is an IT student and a web development intern. He loves to play with codes in Open Cart and is a serious Counter Strike lover, which explain his thick glasses. Even though he has a quick sense of humour, he is a lot serious and dedicated to his work. In short period of time, he started learning to play with Ajax and JQuery and now is able to write any type of queries using it.

Apart from codes and work, he loves playing guitar in his free time and has an extra interest in trekking and visiting new places whenever he is free.

Nischhal Pradhan, SEO Trainee

Nischhal, our newest member of the team as an SEO Trainee, is a self proclaimed die hard Manchester United fan. With an exceptional communication skills, he has learnt a lot from scratch ever since he joined. Having worked as a freelance graphic designer and photographer, he has helped create lots of mock ups for the upcoming projects.

He loves to spend his time watching movies, listening to music, watching football, travelling and clicking photographs of candid moments in his surroundings. He has also appeared in a couple of magazines and walked on ramp as a model for a major fashion house in town. While away from work, he loves hanging out with his friends and share a laugh with the ones he is around. You can always spot him with his unusually loud laughter whenever someone jokes around!

Bikash Shrestha, Web Developer

Music lover, sports lover - Mr. Bikash is designated as web developer at Access Keys. He joined Access Keys to work on CI and take a lead. When taking a break from typing codes, he spends his time travelling, swimming, playing soccer & basketball, playing guitar and warming up his fingers with various computer games he loves to play.
